Of the three four-person houses this is the most comfortable: both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, and there is a third WC on top. Nobody shares a bathroom with anybody.

Inside

You come in across an open terrace and a covered porch that leads to the hall, and from there into a large, bright sitting-dining room connected to the kitchen and to a big covered porch with a terracotta and wrought-iron barbecue, a sink, a wooden table with benches and two rocking chairs.

Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite with two basins on terracotta and timber units, and a shower. Bedroom 2: en-suite as well. Plus a third WC.

Your pool

A large private pool with sunloungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, a private garden, and parking for two cars at the entrance to the house.

What you share with the rest of the estate

Finca La Raja is around 20,000 m² at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas, with nine separate houses spread among the trees. Outside your own plot there is a children’s playground, a pergola area with stone benches and tables, a pond with koi carp, goldfish, terrapins and mandarin ducks, a hexagonal gazebo beside the water, a stone bell tower, arches and an aqueduct, and benches placed where the Guadalhorce valley looks best.

What the price covers

Minimum stay: five to seven nights depending on the season. Check-in and check-out times, and whether pets are allowed, are being confirmed — ask us and we will tell you for your dates.
