A traditional farmhouse on its own fenced plot with an automated gate. All four bedrooms are en suite, and every one has air conditioning and heating.

The pool area
Private pool with sunloungers, parasols and hanging hammocks. A teak Balinese day bed under a roof of coloured glazed tiles. A marble fountain with several cascades, two cream marble lions and Carrara marble statues. Beside the pool, a summer kitchen with a wood and charcoal barbecue, sink, under-counter fridge, microwave and its own crockery.
Upper floor
TV and dining room with a glass-fronted wood burner, glazed dressers, a 46″ television and three- and four-seat sofas. Games room with an American pool table, professional table football, a wood stove and a wood-fired oven. Kitchen with a four-ring ceramic hob, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave and full equipment.
Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite with twin basins, a marble shower tray and a bidet.
Lower floor
Bedroom 4: double bed and a single, with en-suite bathroom. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and sink. The rental includes bathrobes and a full household kit on top of the usual.
Your own plot
The plot is fully fenced with its own gate, for guests only. Everything inside it — pool, gardens, barbecue, parking — is the group’s alone.
What you share with the rest of the estate
Finca La Raja is around 20,000 m² at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas, with nine separate houses spread among the trees. Outside your own plot there is a children’s playground, a pergola area with stone benches and tables, a pond with koi carp, goldfish, terrapins and mandarin ducks, a hexagonal gazebo beside the water, a stone bell tower, arches and an aqueduct, and benches placed where the Guadalhorce valley looks best.
