The terrace is where the day happens

Behind the kitchen there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue, sink, dining table and a four-seat outdoor sofa, looking at the mountain and the valley. The washing machine lives out there too, outside the house.

Inside

Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: two single beds, with a fan. Two full bathrooms with shower, WC and basin. Sitting-dining room with a glass-fronted wood burner, air conditioning, a 40″ television and three- and two-seat sofas. Kitchen with full equipment, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and juicer.

What you share with the rest of the estate

Finca La Raja is around 20,000 m² at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas, with nine separate houses spread among the trees. Outside your own plot there is a children’s playground, a pergola area with stone benches and tables, a pond with koi carp, goldfish, terrapins and mandarin ducks, a hexagonal gazebo beside the water, a stone bell tower, arches and an aqueduct, and benches placed where the Guadalhorce valley looks best.
